DIRECTIONS

Layer first cake: Place 1/2 of angel food cake chunks into bottom of large glass bowl (3–4 qt size). Spread evenly.

Add first fruit layer: Sprinkle 1/3 of strawberries, berries, peaches, and banana over cake. Arrange some pieces along inside of bowl for presentation.

Add yogurt layer: Spread half of yogurt evenly over fruit using spoon or spatula.

Repeat cake layer: Add remaining angel food cake chunks evenly over yogurt.

Add second fruit layer: Top with remaining fruit, reserving a small amount for garnish.

Finish with yogurt: Spread remaining yogurt evenly over fruit.

Garnish and chill: Top with reserved fruit. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve: Scoop approximately 1 cup per serving onto a small plate.

TIPS

For cleaner layers, use back of spoon to gently spread yogurt from center outward instead of dumping in one spot. This prevents fruit layers from shifting and keeps presentation defined.
