Strawberry COTTAGE CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1 tsp Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Stevia (1:1 sugar replacement) (optional)
1/16 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Prepare strawberries: Rinse strawberries under cold water. With a knife, remove stems and slice strawberries.
Mash strawberries: Place half the strawberries in a small bowl. Mash with a fork, pressing down until they become soft and slightly juicy. Alternately, use a food processor or blender.
Mix with cottage cheese: Add mashed strawberries to cottage cheese and stir until evenly combined.
Top and finish: Add remaining sliced strawberries on top. Sprinkle with sugar substitute and/or cinnamon, if desired.
Serve: Serve immediately.
